needs to be installed.. Some examples are the
Motherboard, RAID system, etc. |

Wireless Setup with Security |

between a Wireless Router and a Laptop, Printer,
Game Console, or any other wireless enabled
device. Additional devices can be configured for
$10 each. If internet connection needs to be
configured into the Router, you will need an
On-Site appointment instead of the In-House
service. |

Backup |

| Need a backup of
your very important information? We will backup
all request information onto a CD or DVD to
ensure your data is safe. Additional costs may
apply for backups over 20gb. Programs cannot be
backed up, they must be reinstalled. |

Disaster Recovery |

| If your Operating
System or Hard Drive is damaged in some way and
you cannot retrieve your data, than this option
is for you. We have very special tools that
allow us to get information off of damaged and
corrupt drives. Depending on the size of the
drive, there may be additional cost. |

Operating System Install |

Completely erase the hard drive
and start from scratch. A guaranteed fix to all
virus and corrupted operating system issues.
There is no backup with this service, it will be
like a brand new computer that you brought home
from the store. |

Operating System Install with Backup |

Same as the Operating System
Install service, but with a backup. Only files
can be backed up, software must be reinstalled.
Backup information and software you want
reinstalled will need to be present during
check-in. |

| Virus
Removal |

| Get rid of those
annoying bugs and keep your computer safe. If no
anti-virus is installed or you have one that is
expired, we will provide you with one for no
extra cost! If heavy damage is taken from the
operating system, it would be recommended that
you get a backup and have the operating system
reinstalled. |

Rejuvenation |

Cleans up the garbage files and
programs that have accumulated over time.
Several tweaks to optimize the performance of
your PC. As well as the latest updates to ensure
your operating system is working as fast and
stable as it can. Some hardware upgrades, such
as memory, may be recommended by a technician to
resolve performance issues. |
